Rethink Mental Illness is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Support Worker for Field View Crisis House in Grimsby. The role supports people in crisis to regain independence and wellbeing, with a focus on recovery and person-centred care.

You will be a key worker, building trusting relationships, supporting daily living skills, completing assessments and risk management, and collaborating with health professionals.

Competenze

• Experience supporting people with mental ill health.
• Understanding of recovery-focused practice and person-centred support.
• Experience of assessing needs and managing risk.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lone-work and make sound decisions.
