Job summary

Creative Support in Grimsby is seeking a Support Worker to help adults who are homeless or at risk, and those with mental health needs. You will provide person-centred care, support independence, and enable participation in activities in a lively team environment.

Full and part-time hours available; driving is essential. Training is provided, including the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. This is a compassionate, inclusive role with progression potential.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required.
• Driving is an essential requirement.

Responsibilities

• Visit service users in their own homes or other settings to offer practical support to live independently.
• Provide emotional support in line with individual support plans.
