Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an innovative Recovery Coordinator in Leeds for a two-month locum contract. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of £22.00 and a standard 09:00–17:00, Monday–Friday schedule, with a focus on substance misuse recovery.

You will manage caseloads, perform assessments, deliver recovery-focused interventions and maintain CRiiS records, ensuring governance and contractual compliance. This opportunity supports career growth in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• CRiiS is used to record interventions, update care plans and monitor recovery outcomes.
• Experience in case management and recovery planning within health or social care.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and information governance related to client records.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of individuals accessing drug and alcohol treatment services, including assessments and care planning.
• Maintain accurate service user records on the CRiiS system and ensure compliance with governance and contractual requirements.
• Deliver structured keywork sessions, motivational interventions, harm reduction advice, relapse prevention support and recovery planning.
• Conduct risk assessments and safeguarding activities, escalating concerns per local procedures.
