Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel in Birkenhead is seeking an experienced Recovery Coordinator for a full-time, 5-month contract. You will coordinate and develop individual recovery plans, working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver tailored support to service users.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00. The position offers an umbrella rate of £22 per hour, with additional perks such as a £250 Refer a Friend bonus, CPD opportunities, exclusive networking events, and strong recruitment team support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop individual recovery plans to meet the specific needs of service users, ensuring they receive comprehensive and tailored support.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality and impactful recovery services.
• Facilitate group sessions to aid service users in building coping strategies and resilience.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to maximise positive outcomes.
• Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders to enhance support networks and resources for service users.
