Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Substance Misuse Recovery Coordinator to join our mental health team in Walsall, UK. The role is full-time locum for three months, paying £22 per hour.

You will conduct assessments, create tailored recovery plans, provide one-to-one support, and collaborate with healthcare professionals and community organisations to deliver holistic care. You will also facilitate group sessions, review plans, and maintain confidential records in line with standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals dealing with substance misuse issues and create tailored recovery plans.
• Provide one-to-one support and guidance throughout service users’ recovery journeys.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, support workers, and community organisations to deliver holistic care.
• Facilitate group sessions and workshops to encourage peer support and shared learning.
• Regularly review and adjust recovery plans based on evolving needs.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with organisational standards.
