Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Substance Misuse Recovery Coordinator for a 3-month full-time locum role in Worksop, UK. The position runs Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, with an umbrella pay arrangement at £22 per hour.

You will provide direct client support, develop recovery plans, and work with healthcare and external agencies to deliver a comprehensive service. This role offers a structured, full-time locum experience in the substance misuse field.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to clients dealing with substance misuse and guide them through recovery.
• Develop, implement and review recovery care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions to promote peer support and shared learning.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and external agencies to ensure a holistic service.
• Monitor and document client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Offer crisis intervention support when required, responding empathetically.
• Educate clients and families about substance misuse and recovery strategies.
