Job summary

Change Grow Live is recruiting a Recovery Coordinator for In Your Corner at HMP Five Wells. The role focuses on engaging younger service users, delivering interventions, and promoting recovery within a prison setting.

The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with enhanced DBS and HMPPS security clearance required. Salary range applies pro rata if part-time.

• Strong recovery focus with knowledge of psychosocial interventions.
• Ability to manage change prioritising service users’ needs.
• Understanding information governance and safeguarding requirements.
• Proactive in learning and developing yourself and others.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of In Your Corner within a prison setting using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach.
• Build trusted one-to-one relationships with younger people to challenge harmful gender norms and support positive identity development.
