Change Grow Live is recruiting Recovery Coordinators to deliver psychosocial interventions in HMP Exeter as part of the Southwest Prisons service. You’ll assess, engage and support service users to access interventions at the right time, contributing to a holistic Integrated Health and Wellbeing model across the prison estate.
The role suits those with substance misuse experience, strong communication, and a collaborative approach.

We are currently recruiting Recovery Coordinators to work as part of the Southwest Prisons service delivering psychosocial interventions to service users across the South West. Our ideal candidate will have the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, ensuring that they access the right intervention at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs.
