Change Grow Live is recruiting a Support Worker to join the Southwest Prisons service, delivering psychosocial interventions to service users across HMP Erlestoke. The role requires assessing and engaging with service users to ensure they access the right intervention at the right time, with potential evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
