Job summary

Change Grow Live is seeking a Recovery Coordinator at HMP Channings Wood to help people overcome addiction, reduce drug and alcohol harm, and build lasting recovery. You will assess needs, develop personalised plans, deliver interventions and facilitate group sessions within the prison.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Experience in substance misuse, criminal justice, mental health, social care, or a related field is beneficial, but we're equally interested in people with strong transferable skills, a passion for supporting others, and a commitment to making a difference.

Hours:

37.5 per week

Contract Type:

Permanent

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Experience in substance misuse, criminal justice, mental health, social care, healthcare, community work, counselling, coaching, mentoring, or related services is welcomed but not essential.
