Change Grow Live is seeking a Recovery Coordinator in Dudley to support service users from entry through treatment and recovery, coordinating care and group work. The role emphasises screening, assessment, planning, and onward referrals, with a focus on reducing harm and promoting social reintegration.
The successful candidate will facilitate groups, manage a caseload, and collaborate with partners while upholding safeguarding and information governance standards.
