As a Recovery Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering recovery-focused interventions, helping people to overcome challenges, reduce harm and achieve their personal goals.

You will work closely with service users, partner agencies and colleagues to deliver person-centred interventions, undertake comprehensive assessments, develop recovery plans and coordinate care that meets individual needs.

Experience within health, social care, criminal justice or a related field is desirable, but not essential. What is essential is the ability to build positive relationships, manage a varied workload, maintain accurate records and demonstrate a commitment to supporting individuals to achieve meaningful and lasting change.

There will be regular travel in this role, so a vehicle and a full driving licence are essential.
