Job summary

Macdonald Hotels & Resorts in Windsor is seeking a part-time Receptionist to welcome guests at the front desk and ensure a memorable stay. You will be the first and last face guests see, setting the standard for their visit and addressing requests with a proactive, courteous approach.

The role requires weekend work (Saturday and/or Sunday) with potential extra hours during peak periods. We offer a supportive team environment and the chance to grow within a large family-owned hotel group.

Often operating on the front line, they are the real ambassadors of our company, and are committed to consistently delivering high standards.

Our Receptionists are hardworking individuals who can work on their own initiative as well as part of a team and are key players in our front house teams.

As one of our Reception team you are the first and last person our guests see, you set the bar for their visit and you will make sure that everything has exceeded their expectations before they leave.

This position will include shifts working Saturday and/ or Sunday. Additional hours may be required to support the hotel during our busier periods including bank holidays.
