Job summary

Macdonald Hotels & Resorts is seeking an attentive and organised Receptionist for Aviemore Resort. You will be the friendly first and last face for guests, helping ensure a memorable stay and maintaining high standards across the front of house.

The role requires weekend shifts and flexibility during peak periods, with a focus on teamwork and exemplary service to every guest.

Macdonald Hotel's Receptionist's play a vital role in delivering a great guest experience to all our guests. They have a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and a willingness to exceed our guest expectation. Often operating on the front line, they are the real ambassadors of our company, and are committed to consistently delivering high standards.

Our Receptionists are hardworking individuals who can work on their own initiative as well as part of a team and are key players in our front house teams.

As one of our Reception team you are the first and last person our guests see, you set the bar for their visit and you will make sure that everything has exceeded their expectations before they leave.

This position will include shifts working Saturday and/ or Sunday. Additional hours may be required to support the hotel during our busier periods including bank holidays.
