Local Care Direct is recruiting part-time Receptionists to support one of our Urgent Treatment Centres in the Leeds area. You will be the first point of contact for patients, helping create a welcoming, calm and professional environment while collaborating with clinicians and operational colleagues as part of a wider team.
Your duties include managing patient queries, ensuring the reception and waiting areas run smoothly, and supporting the delivery of safe, compassionate patient care.
We are currently recruiting Part-Time Receptionists to work within one of our Urgent Treatment Centres in the Leedsarea, playing a key role in supporting patients and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the centre.
This is a varied and people-focused role where you will be at the heart of the patient experience. You will be entrusted with significant responsibility, ensuring reception and waiting areas run smoothly and supporting the delivery of safe, effective and compassionate patient care.

Please note: our rota operates on a 4-week rolling basis.
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the reception and waiting areas, ensuring patients are supported from the moment they arrive.

We are looking for friendly, organised and team‑orientated individuals who understand the importance of excellent customer service in a healthcare environment.
You will have:
Previous experience in a healthcare or customer‑facing role is desirable, but not essential.
