Qualifications

• Excellent communication and welcoming interaction with visitors and colleagues.
• Experience with data entry and basic admin tasks.
• Proficient IT skills and familiarity with office software.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for visitors and callers.
• Direct enquiries to appropriate teams.
• Support day-to-day administration and record management.
• Coordinate meeting rooms, post, deliveries and courier services.
• Maintain reception and communal areas in a professional state.
• Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and office support.
