Job summary

Lycetts Insurance Brokers in Newcastle are seeking an Account Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing trusted advice and tailored insurance solutions. Working closely with clients, insurers and colleagues you will build long-term relationships, deliver renewals and client communications, and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial insurance broking or underwriting.
• Understanding of relevant insurance products.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyse and interpret insurance documentation and policy wordings.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management.
• Negotiation skills when dealing with insurers and service partners.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and broking software.

What you'll be doing
