Rowhill Grange Hotel & Utopia Spa, part of Alexander Hotels, is seeking a Hotel Receptionist to deliver exceptional guest service. This role supports check-in/out, enquiries, and billing, while promoting hotel facilities and ensuring guest satisfaction during their stay.

You will join a professional team in a 4-star setting, with varied shifts and opportunities to upsell services and experiences to guests.

Qualifications

• Excellent personal appearance and professional demeanour.
• Strong communication skills, in person and on the phone.
• Genuine desire to serve guests with a warm, friendly manner.
• Good attention to detail and accurate data handling.
• Organised approach to guest services and tasks.
• Able to use computer systems for reservations and billing.

Responsabilités

• Welcoming arrival guests and providing a warm, five-star smile.
• Guest check-in and rooming, ensuring smooth procedures.
• Handling enquiries in person and by telephone.
• Posting charges and guest billing accurately.
• Taking bedroom reservations and coordinating with staff.
• Producing daily Activity Report for internal departments.
• Upselling facilities and rooms to guests.
• Organising porter service and balancing shift duties.
• Completing end-of-day procedures and handover.
