Job Description

The role involves supporting facilities and reception services at large corporate offices in Euston. It is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate to gain experience in a respected charity organization. The candidate must be available to start immediately and commit fully.

Preferred but not essential: a valid DBS Certificate, which Office Angels can obtain before start date.

Position Details
  • Role: Facilities / Reception Assistant
  • Company: Medical Governing Body / Medical Charity (regulates Doctors in the UK)
  • Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00
  • Salary: £14.00+ per hour

Key Responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Candidates should have experience in a facilities/help desk environment and customer-facing roles. Skills include report writing, good IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel), relationship building, teamwork, multitasking, organization, and enthusiasm.
