The West End team at Office Angels is recruiting for a Temporary Reception / Facilities Assistant to join an award-winning medical governing body client on a temporary to permanent basis.
The role involves supporting facilities and reception services at large corporate offices in Euston. It is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate to gain experience in a respected charity organization. The candidate must be available to start immediately and commit fully.
Preferred but not essential: a valid DBS Certificate, which Office Angels can obtain before start date.
Candidates should have experience in a facilities/help desk environment and customer-facing roles. Skills include report writing, good IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel), relationship building, teamwork, multitasking, organization, and enthusiasm.
