Job summary

MEININGER Hotel Edinburgh is seeking a friendly Front Desk - Receptionist to welcome guests, check in/out, and assist with inquiries in a buzzing, international setting.

You will be the first point of contact for guests and suppliers, handle invoicing and emails, and even take charge of the hotel bar. We value an outgoing personality, flexibility, and English fluency (B2); other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hospitality experience.
• Outgoing personality and ability to work in a bustling environment.
• Fluent in English (B2); other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee check-in and check-out processes.
• Handle inquiries and direct guests to local sights.
• Manage invoicing, emails, and online requests.
• Take charge of the bar and upsell offerings.
• Provide support across departments when needed.
