NHS National Services Scotland is seeking a Receptionist to join the Clinical Radiology front-of-house team at Ninewells Hospital in Dundee. You will warmly welcome patients, visitors and staff, manage appointments, update records and support clinical teams using IT systems to ensure a smooth service.

The role requires strong IT and administrative skills, excellent communication, and a positive, can-do attitude. Prior stock handling is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.

Are you a friendly, organised, and approachable individual with a passion for helping others? Clinical Radiology is currently seeking a Receptionist to join our dedicated team at Ninewells Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and professional environment where your contribution will make a real difference to patient care.

As a key member of the front-of-house team, you will provide a warm and professional welcome to patients, visitors, and staff. Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, updating records, and supporting clinical teams using IT systems. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and colleagues, ensuring a smooth and efficient service. Additionally, you will assist with stock control and ordering supplies- training will be provided if needed.

We are looking for someone with strong IT and administrative skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a positive, can-do attitude. Ability to work as part of a team is essential, and previous experience in stock handling would be advantageous, though not essential.

Hours of work are: 36 hours per week covering shifts Monday - Sunday between 8am - 8pm on a rotational basis.
