The role involves providing professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as completing administrative tasks and maintaining the reception area.
As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare, you will offer professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home. You will be responsible for answering the telephone, responding to enquiries, redirecting calls, and recording messages. Additionally, you will complete reception-related administration, maintain databases, and provide administrative assistance as required by the General Manager. Maintaining the tidiness of the reception area and liaising with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained will also be part of your role.
