About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at Brook Farm. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, handling enquiries via telephone and email, and managing a range of general reception duties to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key Qualifications
  • Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service/receptionist role
  • Be comfortable working in a dynamic, multi‑faceting business environment
  • Possess strong communication and administrative skills
  • Be proactive, reliable and able to multitask effectively
