We believe every interaction matters, and as our Receptionist & Administrative Assistant, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for pupils, families, visitors and professionals alike.
This is much more than a reception role. You'll be at the heart of our school community, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school while supporting our staff team to deliver exceptional outcomes for our pupils.
As the first point of contact for the school, you'll provide a professional, friendly and efficient reception and administrative service. From welcoming visitors and managing enquiries to supporting key school processes, you'll help create an organised, safe and welcoming environment where pupils can thrive.

About Us
Hemlock Stone School in Stapleford, Nottinghamshire opened in March 2026, and caters for up to 66 pupils, providing a specialist learning environment for young people with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and Complex Needs.
For over 19 years, Options Autism has provided specialist care and education for children, young people, and adults with autism, complex needs, and learning difficulties.
