This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, numerate and enthusiastic individual looking to develop their administrative and accounts experience. Previous experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities to include:
  • Assisting the Accounts Department with purchase ledger duties, including invoice processing and checking
  • Filing, scanning and maintaining accurate records
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
  • Greeting visitors and providing a professional, welcoming reception service
  • Printing and preparing posters and information for company sites
  • Managing the administration and distribution of staff uniforms
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team as required

As a successful candidate you will be numerate, organised, and comfortable working with figures, records, and data. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to their work, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Confident communication skills are essential, with the ability to engage professionally over the telephone, via email, and face-to-face with customers, visitors, and colleagues.

The role requires a professional, approachable, and well-presented individual who can provide excellent customer service and act as a welcoming first point of contact. Applicants should be comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office applications, willing to learn new systems and processes, and capable of managing administrative and reception duties effectively. The ideal candidate will be reliable, proactive, and self-motivated, with a positive attitude towards learning, developing new skills, and contributing to a high standard of service within a busy team environment.

This role would suit someone at the start of their career who is keen to gain valuable experience across reception, administration and accounts. However, applications are welcomed from candidates of all ages who have the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

If you are organised, personable and looking for an opportunity to build your skills within a supportive team, we would love to hear from you.
