This role ensures the delivery of a professional, efficient, and welcoming service for clients, staff, and visitors, supporting the smooth operation of NCS services.
The Receptionist and Administrator, as part of the Service and Administration Team, for the delivery of a quality front of house service for our clients. You will handle enquiries (in-person, phone and email) in a professional and timely manner.
You will work alongside colleagues and volunteers in delivering a quality service whilst executing all administrative tasks to the highest standards.

Main Responsibilities:
Reception and Client Support:
Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients during evening sessions.
Respond promptly and professionally to telephone, email, and in-person enquiries.
Liaise with clients and therapists regarding appointment changes, cancellations, and updates.
Assist with client allocation and onboarding, including processing referrals.
