A rural medical practice near Matlock is seeking a receptionist/administrator to provide vital support to the multidisciplinary team. The role includes managing patient appointments, processing information, and acting as the central contact for patients. You will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of reception and administrative duties and providing general support to the multidisciplinary team. Duties can include, but are not limited to, greeting and directing patients, patient registration, booking appointments, processing information (electronic and hard copy), and assisting patients as required. You will act as the central point of contact for patients, distributing information, messages, and enquiries for the clinical team, liaising with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies such as secondary care and community service providers.

Crich Medical Practice is a rural practice near Matlock with two branch sites, each with its own Dispensary. We are part of Amber Valley Health, a group of seven practices working together to provide enhanced healthcare for the local community.
Our team includes 4 partners, 2 salaried GPs, nurses, and support staff. We are also a training practice with registrars working within the practice.
