Receptionist/Administration Officer
Pay rate £13.61 per hour
Vitalis are recruiting for a Receptionist/Administration Assistant to work in various Yorkshire locations.
Excellent customer care and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work as part of a team or independently using your own initiative. Duties include – minute taking at multi-agency meetings, reception duties, dealing with telephone calls from the public and colleagues, room bookings, financial tasks, and general administrative support to senior managers and social work teams. This includes updating social care recording systems regularly.
Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial, as tasks must be completed within statutory timescales.
Due to the sensitive nature of this role, full awareness of data protection and confidentiality is essential, as you will handle sensitive and emotive information regarding children and young people, including cases of abuse and injuries.

1x Locality Cluster Building, Stanley Street, WF1 1NB
1x Snapethorpe Family Time Centre, WF2 8YA
1x Airdale Centre, Castlefield, WF10 3JJ
1x Normanton, WF6 2DZ
