Job summary

The Ivy Collection is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our iconic UK restaurant brand. You will welcome guests with warmth, provide information on the restaurant and daily specials, and relay allergen concerns to the kitchen with accuracy. You’ll support a smooth guest journey from arrival to departure in a vibrant team environment.

Key elements of your role as Receptionist

will include ensuring our guests receive a warm and professional welcome when they arrive, as well as a fond farewell when they leave. You will be able to offer information to our guests on the restaurant or any specials that may be on offer. You’ll relay any allergen concerns to the kitchen quickly and accurately.

You love to go the extra mile for guests and wow them with your professionalism. You have excellent English language skills and feel confident dealing with guest and team member needs.
