Job summary

The Ivy Collection in Cambridge is seeking a charismatic Receptionist to join our welcoming team. You will greet guests, provide information on the restaurant and specials, and ensure a warm, professional first impression.

You will relay allergen concerns to the kitchen promptly, support colleagues, and help deliver outstanding hospitality. Excellent English and a passion for service are essential. The role offers a permanent, full-time contract with an hourly rate of £13.

Key elements of your role as Receptionist will include ensuring our guests receive a warm and professional welcome when they arrive, as well as a fond farewell when they leave. You will be able to offer information to our guests on the restaurant or any specials that may be on offer. You'll relay any allergen concerns to the kitchen quickly and accurately.

About you: You love to go the extra mile for guests and wow them with your professionalism. You have excellent English language skills and feel confident dealing with guest and team member needs.
