Job summary

mydentist Woodbridge is looking for a friendly receptionist to deliver excellent customer service at the front desk. You will greet patients in person and over the phone, coordinate appointments and help keep the daily workflow running smoothly.

The role offers a stable pattern with Wednesday to Friday shifts from 08:30 to 17:30, based at IP12 1BL. Join a supportive team in a busy dental practice with access to training and wellbeing benefits.

Your future, as a receptionist at mydentist Woodbridge

You’ll be joining us at our practice in Woodbridge, IP12 1BL.

As a receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and patients, both face to face whilst visiting the practice, and by managing phone calls to our front desk.

The working pattern for this role is as follows:

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 0830am-17.30pm with 30 minutes lunch break
