Job summary

mydentist is seeking a receptionist for a new and modern facility in Carlisle. You will start at 36 Victoria Place for training before moving to the brand-new practice opening on 22 February.

Available patterns include 36, 34.5, 26.5 and 30 hours per week with shifts across Tue–Sat, starting early mornings. Expect a supportive team, good transport links, and pay from £12.97 per hour with 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
• Good communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and on the phone.
• Manage appointments to ensure smooth workflow for the team.

Your future, as a receptionist at mydentist

You’ll be joining us at our out state or the art new facility at St Cuthbert’s Lane, Carlisle, CA3 8AG

The ideal start date for these roles is 4th January , based at 36 Victoria Place, Carlisle, CA1 1EX , where you will complete your training before moving to our brand-new practice when it opens on 22nd February.

Available Working Patterns:

36 hours

• Tuesday to Friday
• 8:00am - 6:00pm

34.5 hours

• Tuesday: 8:00am - 6:00pm
• Wednesday: 7:30am - 6:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am - 6:00pm
• Saturday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

26.5 hours

• Monday: 8:00am - 6:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am - 6:30pm
• Saturday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

30 hours

• Monday: 8:00am - 5:30pm
• Thursday: 8:00am - 5:30pm
• Friday: 8:00am - 5:30pm
• Saturday: 8:30am - 1:00pm
