Job summary

mydentist Durham Practice, Unit 5, St. Andrews Park, Dragon Lane, Durham DH1 2RH, is seeking a receptionist to deliver outstanding customer service to patients face-to-face and by managing front desk phone calls. The role is 35 hours per week with a fixed pattern across Monday to Saturday.

The pay is £12.97 per hour, plus holidays rising to 25 days (plus bank holidays). A supportive team, free parking, and health and wellbeing benefits are provided.

Your future, as a receptionist at mydentist

You’ll be joining us at our Durham Practice, Unit 5, St. Andrews Park, Dragon Lane,Durham,DH1 2RH.

As a receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and patients, both face to face whilst visiting the practice, and by managing phone calls to our front desk.

Working pattern is as follows :

Monday 8.15 am to 19.45pm 30 min lunch

Tuesday off

Wednesday off

Thursday 11.45am to 19.30pm 30 min lunch

Friday 08.15 am to 17.15pm 30 min lunch

Saturday 08.15am to 17.00pm 30 min lunch

35 hours per week
