Job summary

SpaMedica is seeking a Medical Receptionist for our Wembley Hospital cluster, working across multiple sites. You will greet patients, register new admissions, manage appointments, and handle confidential administrative tasks with a patient‑centric focus.

Role is full-time (37.5 hours/week), 4 days out of 6, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM, based at 28 and 30 Wembley Park Boulevard, with a competitive £29,400 salary and generous benefits including 22 days holiday and bonus schemes.

Location: 28 and 30 Wembley Park Boulevard, Wembley, HA9 0HP

This role will be based within our Wembley Hospital cluster, which involves working across multiple sites across the region.

Hours: Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, working 4 days out of 6, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Salary: £29,400

Responsibilities

• We need somebody to ensure that all visitors and telephone callers to the practice are greeted professionally
• You will register new patients, scan documents onto our medical system, send letters to patients as necessary & photocopy notes and other information
• You will make appointments for our patient applying your understanding of patient confidentiality & attention to detail
• Managing reception responsibilities for each clinic
• Effective with all administration tasks
• Providing excellent customer care to all our patients
