Job summary

Grosvenor Casinos Bristol is seeking a Receptionist to greet guests with a welcoming smile and energetic hospitality. You’ll set the tone for every guest’s visit, ensuring a positive first impression and a memorable experience in a vibrant 24/7 environment.

You’ll entertain guests and create an engaging atmosphere, going beyond standard reception duties to ensure guests feel valued and well cared for throughout their stay. Flexibility for nights and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and a welcoming demeanour.
• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends in a 24/7 casino.
• Legally eligible to work in the UK (18+).

As a Receptionist, your role is pivotal in setting the tone for our guests' experience from the moment they step through our doors. Your welcoming smile, enthusiastic greeting, and genuine care are the first impression our customers have of our business, making you an essential part of our team.

Skills & Experience Needed

To be successful in this role you'll need a positive, can-do attitude with a real passion for entertaining customers and delivering an exceptionally high service as well as experience of working successfully in a hospitality role.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.

Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
