Grosvenor Casinos, part of The Rank Group, seeks a welcoming Electronic Gaming Host to create memorable guest experiences on our gaming floor. You will greet guests, attend to their needs and contribute to a lively, high-energy environment.

Applicants must be 18+, have the right to work in the UK, and be flexible to work nights and weekends in a 24/7 casino setting. This is a pivotal, customer-focused hospitality role within Grosvenor Manchester Soames.

As an Electronic Gaming Host, your role is pivotal in creating an unforgettable experience for our customers, as you'll be the welcoming face of our electronic gaming floor.

You’ll create memorable experiences through thoughtful service and a friendly demeanour and will set the tone for a fantastic gaming adventure for every visitor.

Skills & Experience Needed

• An understanding of the overall standard of the electronic gaming offer within the unit & those factors which impact its contribution to the business, together with a willingness to learn more about this product area.
• Experience of working successfully in a hospitality role.
• A positive attitude, great customer service and social skills.
• A willingness to be a team player, ensuring high customer service standards are delivered.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
