Harbour Hotels in Guildford is seeking a friendly Hotel Receptionist with at least one year of experience to deliver exceptional guest service at our prestigious property.

You will handle check-ins and check-outs, assist guests with reservations, and coordinate with other teams; OPERA/Reslynx experience is a plus, with full training provided. A competitive salary and clear progression opportunities are offered.

The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Hotel Receptionist to join the team. You will need a minimum of one year’s Hotel Reception experience, have a friendly and outgoing personality and a passion for service excellence. Solid knowledge of hotel reservations system eg OPERA or Reslynx would be a distinct advantage, although not essential as full training will be given.
