Working Hours: Part time (16 hours per week) and Full time (40 hours per week) are available to cover a mixture of early and late shifts including weekends.
Salary: £13.16 per hour + Excellent benefits

Currently, we are recruiting for both part-time and full-time Receptionists to join our team.
As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to provide clear customer information and service regarding the facility and its offerings. The role involves high levels of customer interaction, including face-to-face contact, emails, and telephone queries. You may also be asked to assist other staff members at times.

Serco manages these facilities daily on behalf of the Trust.
About you
The successful candidate will be passionate and enthusiastic, committed to providing the best service possible for visitors and willing to go the extra mile for customers.
We are looking for candidates with previous experience in face-to-face customer service in busy environments, including sales experience if possible. You should have good communication and customer care skills, be able to work under pressure with maturity and calmness, handle cash and maintain customer records, and have a good telephone manner. Confidence in using IT systems is also essential. Customer service qualifications are desirable.
