Join us as a Receptionist at De Vere Beaumont Estate and play a vital role in exceeding guest expectations. We offer £12.30 per hour plus benefits including free meals on duty, £50 staff stays, and free leisure facilities.

As a Receptionist,

you will be the friendly face greeting guests, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring their stay is memorable.

This full-time role requires flexibility, including early (7am-3:30pm), late (2:00pm-10:30pm), and middle shifts (10am-6:30pm), including weekends on a rota basis.

What we look for:

• Experience in hospitality or a similar role, demonstrating guest service skills
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills
• Punctuality and good personal presentation
• IT proficiency; familiarity with Opera is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided
