Job summary

Crerar Hotels is seeking a Spa Manager at our Scottish hotels. You’ll lead a team of spa therapists, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and uphold top standards of cleanliness, safety and service.

Working with the General Manager, you’ll manage day-to-day operations and drive spa revenue, while building strong relationships with guests and colleagues. A passion for wellness and hospitality, plus leadership and communication skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in spa industry.
• Proven leadership in service delivery.
• Strong customer-focused approach.

Your leadership will drive both revenue growth and an unforgettable guest experience, and your excellent communication skills will be essential in ensuring smooth operations and clear interaction with both guests and team members.
