Job summary

The Ivy Collection is bringing two distinctive dining experiences to Newcastle. We are looking for a charismatic Receptionist to join our founding team and help bring two unforgettable restaurants to life from day one.

You will ensure guests receive a warm and professional welcome, provide information on the restaurant and specials, and relay allergen concerns to the kitchen quickly and accurately. Excellent English and guest-focused service are essential.

We are searching for a charismatic Receptionist to join our dynamic and supportive team in one of the UK’s most-loved restaurant brands.

Key elements of your role as Receptionist will include ensuring our guests receive a warm and professional welcome when they arrive, as well as a fond farewell when they leave. You will be able to offer information to our guests on the restaurant or any specials that may be on offer. You’ll relay any allergen concerns to the kitchen quickly and accurately.

About you: You love to go the extra mile for guests and wow them with your professionalism. You have excellent English language skills and feel confident dealing with guest and team member needs.
