Job summary

The Ivy Asia is seeking a personable Receptionist to join our renowned brand in the UK. You will greet guests warmly on arrival and provide information on the restaurant and current specials, ensuring every guest feels valued from check-in to departure.

You will relay allergen concerns to the kitchen promptly and maintain a high standard of service with excellent English communication. This role offers a minimum 20 hours per week contract within a dynamic, inclusive team.

Key elements of your role as Receptionist

Will include ensuring our guests receive a warm and professional welcome when they arrive, as well as a fond farewell when they leave. You will be able to offer information to our guests on the restaurant or any specials that may be on offer. You’ll relay any allergen concerns to the kitchen quickly and accurately.

About you:

You love to go the extra mile for guests and wow them with your professionalism. You have excellent English language skills and feel confident dealing with guest and team member needs.
