Up to £29,000 + Paid Overtime

West End, Office-based

Hours: Shifts 7am-3.30pm, 9am-5.30pm or 10.30am-7pm (plus paid overtime).

The Receptionist Opportunity:

This isn’t just about answering phones, you’ll be the trusted first point of contact for an elite financial services client, delivering a white glove reception experience. Think luxury hospitality with a razor-sharp business and corporate edge!

Your Mission:

  • Warmly meet and greet all visitors - you set the tone from the first hello.
  • Manage calls, emails, and visitor notifications with effortless professionalism.
  • Keep the reception area looking immaculate - you have an eye for detail.
  • Support meeting room bookings, setups, and VIP hosting.
  • Collaborate with security and housekeeping teams to maintain a flawless operation.
  • Raise IT support tickets when necessary (you don’t need to be a tech wizard – just know who to call).
  • Handle access passes with strict confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Build strong relationships with both the client and your internal team.
