We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our creative team and support us delivering the excellent service we are known for, in two client buildings based near Green Park/Piccadilly Circus/ St. James's Park.

The Corporate Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors, staff and a key component in ensuring seamless service delivery within the office environment.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis 8 AM - 6:30 PM, with flexibility as per business needs)

Main Responsibilities

Welcoming guests and managing front-of-house operations, including switchboard duties and visitor enquiries
Coordinating a complex meeting room diary, including AV/IT setup and catering arrangements
Liaising with internal teams such as secretarial, catering, IT/AV, and facilities to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintaining the reception area and meeting rooms to high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Handling mail, deliveries, and couriers, including franking, invoice checks, and distribution
Managing administrative tasks such as taxi bookings, contractor access, and security pass issuance
Supporting building and facilities operations, including reporting and following up on maintenance issues

Be highly professional and stay calm under pressure, with a creative mindset and passion to grow
Take pride in providing a first-class service, with a strong customer service ethic
Possess excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Ideally, have at least one year of customer service experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel, premium airline, or corporate environment
