We are a top global Private Equity firm with stunning West End offices seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our close-knit and friendly Reception team.
The Reception team is highly valued and at the heart of our business. This is an exciting, long-term opportunity to work in a diverse and busy front-of-house Reception role, as well as support the Executive Assistant team with overflow of EA and administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience, preferably within a corporate and professional environment. Experience in managing multiple meeting rooms to a high standard and solid knowledge of FOH computer software and Microsoft Office are essential.
The successful Receptionist will be well-presented, confident, calm, a true team player, with sharp attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
