Our client is seeking an experienced Facilities Assistant Receptionist to provide front-line service ensuring high-quality reception for Council staff and the public.
The role involves supporting assigned sites by opening and closing facilities, delivering professional customer service, and proactively managing customer needs and safety concerns.
Responsibilities include assisting with routine Facilities Management tasks, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation, Fire Regulations, First Aid, and other statutory requirements.
Qualifications include IWFM Level 2/3 or equivalent, or a commitment to achieve this through experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and at least 3 years of front-line reception experience.
