We are seeking a enthusiastic, reliable and flexible receptionist who will work within the Lincoln Urgent Treatment Centre., Your main role will be to provide a day to day effective and efficient receptionist, whilst talking to patients and clients in a positive and friendly manner, dealing with any queries that may occur, adhering to confidentiality and Data protection policies at all times. To operate a confidential and effective appointments booking system and to receive, register and direct patients to the appropriate area for consultation., LCHS recognises the increasing demand for more flexibility in working practices in order to accommodate the personal goals and commitments that employees experience at different stages during their working lives. Flexible working opportunities such as part-time working, compressed hours, job shares, and hybrid working models can help staff to balance their personal and work commitments.
