Grosvenor Newcastle is seeking a friendly Receptionist to welcome guests and set the tone for every visit. You’ll greet arrivals, answer enquiries and help guests feel valued from the moment they step through the door.

In a busy 24/7 casino environment, you’ll deliver an engaging, high-energy service, manage check-ins, and support the team with a positive, can-do attitude while delivering excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• As a Receptionist, greet guests with a welcoming smile and friendly demeanor, setting the tone for the visit.
• Answer enquiries at the reception and provide accurate information to guests and colleagues.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and help manage guest flow during busy periods.
• Contribute to a positive, high-energy atmosphere and support the team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

As a Receptionist, your role is pivotal in setting the tone for our guests' experience from the moment they step through our doors. Your welcoming smile, enthusiastic greeting, and genuine care are the first impression our customers have of our business, making you an essential part of our team.

Skills & Experience Needed

To be successful in this role you’ll need a positive, can-do attitude with a real passion for entertaining customers and delivering an exceptionally high service as well as experience of working successfully in a hospitality role.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.

Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
