Grosvenor Casinos, part of The Rank Group, seeks a Head Cashier to lead the cash desk with precision, security, and exceptional guest service. The role requires flexibility for nights and weekends in a 24/7 casino environment.

You will guide a high-performing team and uphold robust cash controls while delivering outstanding customer experiences. Applicants must have a history of accurate transactional work, knowledge of cash desk legislation, and a valid Gambling Commission PFL licence.

Qualifications

• Accurate transactional work as a Cashier.
• A solid understanding of legislation and procedures relating to the cash desk.
• Experience leading a high performing team.
• Current PFL licence issued by the Gambling Commission.
• Excellent communication and social skills to excite and entertain customers.

In the dynamic role of a Head Cashier, your responsibilities stretch far beyond the processing of transactions.

Your adept leadership at the cash desk is paramount, requiring a steadfast adherence to the company's security measures while simultaneously prioritising customer satisfaction.

With a blend of precision in cash management and a flair for exceptional customer service, you’ll set the standard.

This multifaceted position demands a unique blend of vigilance, empathy, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Skills & Experience Needed:

• A history of accurate transactional work as a Cashier.
• A strong understanding and familiarity with all legislation and procedures relating to the cash desk.
• Experience leading a high performing team.
• A current PFL licence issued by the Gambling Commission
• Fantastic communication and social skills to ensure you excite and entertain all customers at all times.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
