Grosvenor Casino Cardiff is a fast-paced, city-centre venue where a welcoming receptionist helps set the tone for guests' experiences each day.

You will greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and assist with inquiries, contributing to a memorable first impression and smooth guest flow throughout shifts.

The role operates in a 24/7 casino environment and requires flexibility to work night shifts and weekends; candidates must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK.

As a Receptionist, your role is pivotal in setting the tone for our guests’ experience from the moment they step through our doors. Your welcoming smile, enthusiastic greeting, and genuine care are the first impression our customers have of our business, making you an essential part of our team.

With your passion for people and excellent social skills shining through, you will not just welcome our guests but entertain them, ensuring their visit starts on a high note.

Skills & Experience Needed

To be successful in this role you’ll need a positive, can‑do attitude with a real passion for entertaining customers and delivering an exceptionally high service as well as experience of working successfully in a hospitality role.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
